• Easily accessible grease nipples

The wide angle joint is equipped with a new kind of central lubrication which, in conjunction with the cap bottom lubrication that is tried and tested for standard joints, provides for a perfect flow of grease right into the joint.

• 60-hour maintenance interval

Floating disks ensure that the centring system remains closed permanently. This minimises loss of grease and prevents dirt from entering. Thanks to these technical innovations, this new wide angle joint only has to be greased every 60 operating hours (depending on the application it is used for).

• Extended service life

The floating disks and the pivot bearings integrated in the centring system provide for the perfect distribution of the forces. This reduces wear and increases the service life of the joints.

• Superior functional safety

The Power Drive wide angle joint has the same known product characteristics as the Walterscheid Power Drive series, e.g. dirt-repellent multi-lip seal and rugged needle bearing technology. Its completely enclosed design protects it from environmental impact and prevents, for instance, dust or crop residue from entering the joint.
